The biggest problem in our area is the sewage in the street.

The municipality has worked hard to clear the drains. It used to be much worse with only a narrow path on each side to walk along.

Sometimes the whole street would be full of filthy water and our children had to walk on stones, and it would contaminate some neighbouring houses.

Luckily our doorway – on the right of the picture – is higher up and we have not suffered like others.
