T IN THE PARK Where and when was it? Balado, near Kinross, on 10-11 July Who played? The Strokes, The Charlatans, The Darkness, the Pixies, Chemical Brothers, Muse. What was it like? Scotland's biggest festival, and one which pulls in fans from across the UK and beyond thanks to its friendly atmosphere, the strength of its line-ups, and its good luck at attracting fine weather. It missed out on David Bowie because of his health problems - The Charlatans filled in for him. Anything else?
