The Republicans have held on to their Senate seat.

In Nevada's gubernatorial race, Republican Jim Gibbons held off the challenge from State Senate Majority Leader Dina Titus.

Democrat Shelley Berkley has held on to the first House district, as expected. The Republicans held the 2nd and 3rd districts.

SENATE
Incumbent Republican Senator John Ensign beat President Jimmy Carter's son Jack, for the Democrats. Democrat Harry Reid holds the other seat.
