CONGRESSIONAL RESULTS: SENATE
Republican David Vitter has won the Senate seat being voted on. The uncontested seat is held by Democrat Mary Landrieu. In the House of Representatives vote, no candidate received more than 50% of the vote in two of the six districts. The top two candidates in those two districts therefore go into a run-off vote.
