In pictures: Nomadic lifestyle

We travel regularly by camel from our village to Timbuktu. We spend between six and seven days there and stay in a small tent right on the edge of town, near the open-air abattoir.

Timbuktu is an important place for us. We can buy tea and all the other things we need there.

My young nieces and nephews attend school in Timbuktu.
