In pictures: Nomadic lifestyle

My tribe is based in a village called Tirikene, which is in northern Mali, on the border with Mauritania. There are around 55 other families in my tribe.

Tuareg nomads do not choose their own wives. My brother chose my wife. Her name is Fatima and she is 25 years old. We have a two-year-old daughter called Mariyama.
