I have worked 10 years for Nandos – a South African restaurant chain.

Managers used to be white – but now most are black so things have improved. There are far more opportunities for you if you want to get on.

Economically things are getting worse – money is tighter and things are more expensive. My husband is a security guard and we have one daughter. Rent and school fees make life tough.
