Nearly 200 of us came for the operation this weekend because we heard it was free.

There were six doctors working at the same time.

The next morning we were very happy - it was time for our bandages to be removed.

I tried not to become too excited.

I didn't want to imagine what it would be like to see again in case the operation did not work.
