Ailments

Here, I am waiting to catch a bus into town for my weekly medical checkup.

Since the attack, I have suffered from several ailments including arthritis which my doctor says will need indefinite treatment.

I have a persistent cough and a slight limp.

I also have a long scar on the left side of my forehead which I hide under a headscarf.
