A man being questioned about the murder of a businessman at his County Antrim home last year has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

Geoff Kerr was shot dead during a struggle with intruders in Templepatrick village on 27 April 2009.

The 59-year-old suspect had been arrested in the Templepatrick area on Wednesday morning.

Two men have already appeared in court charged with the murder of the Ballymena-born financial adviser.

Mr Kerr, who was 60 years old, was married with four sons.
