The managing director of a security firm that sold allegedly ineffective bomb detectors to 20 countries has had his police bail extended.
Jim McCormick, 53, of Somerset-based ATSC Ltd, was originally arrested in January on suspicion of fraud by misrepresentation.
A BBC investigation alleged that millions of pounds-worth of bomb detectors sold to Iraq did not work.
Police said Mr McCormick has been now been re-bailed until July.
ATSC Ltd is based at Sparkford, near Wincanton.
A BBC Newsnight investigation earlier in the year alleged that the hand-held ADE-651 device, based on the principle of dowsing, cannot possibly work.
The British government has banned its export to Iraq and Afghanistan, saying tests showed it was "not suitable for bomb detection".
After answering bail on Tuesday, Mr McCormick was held for several hours by Avon and Somerset Police.
A police spokesman said he has been re-bailed to a date in July.
