Teenagers jumping into a disused quarry in Somerset have been criticised for publicising their exploits on an internet video site.
Footage of the youngsters tombstoning into Holcombe Quarry in the Mendip Hills has been posted on YouTube.
"It's just advertising to the world to come to somewhere extremely dangerous and you could lose your life," said Philip Ham of Mendip District Council.
Six years ago a 16-year-old from Bath drowned after jumping in the quarry.
A local businessman has recently bought the quarry and plans to turn it into a safe playground.
