Telford man found guilty after club death

A man has been convicted of the manslaughter of a man who died after an incident at a Shrewsbury nightclub.

Darren Griffiths, 41, of Harmer Hill, near Shrewsbury, died after suffering injuries at Liquid and Diva in June.

Daryl Brown, 33, from Severn Drive, Wellington, Telford, was found guilty at Birmingham Crown Court.

Neil Stokes, 22, of Spring Gardens, Ditherington, Shrewsbury, previously admitted manslaughter. The men are to be sentenced in the week of 24 May.
