24 January 09 13:15 GMT

Plans for a new Heritage Centre based at RAF Bicester in Oxfordshire have been unveiled.

Bomber Command Heritage (BCH) presented its ideas to a public meeting at St. Edburg's Church Hall in Bicester.

BCH wants to turn parts of the former RAF Bicester into a museum covering all aspects of the Bomber Command story of WWII.

Members say it will include educational aspects such as science, engineering, social history and culture.
