A third man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a 27-year-old Nottinghamshire man.
Bernard Langton, 27, of Bulwell, was shot in an alley off High Pavement, Nottingham, early on 25 May.
Magistrates remanded Dion Griffin, 34, of Top Valley, and David Stokes, 27, of Lenton Abbey, to appear at the city's crown court on a date to be arranged.
Anthony Tirado, 24, of Top Valley, was remanded in custody after appearing at Nottingham magistrates on Saturday.
Mr Langton died of a gunshot wound on his way to the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham on Bank Holiday Monday.
