Car crash death passenger named

A woman who died when the car she was travelling in crashed into a tree in Lincolnshire has been named by police.

Donna Wells, 31, of Kexby, near Gainsborough, was a front seat passenger in the blue Peugot 307 when it crashed on Friday morning.

The 22-year-old man who was driving the car remains in a critical condition at Lincoln County Hospital.

The crash happened on Somerton Gate Lane near Waddington. The car seemed to have gone out of control, police said.
