Bail in '13 in Volvo' court case

Abraham Gniwosch A teacher has appeared in court after he was allegedly stopped by police with 13 people in his car.

Abraham Gniwosch, 30, from Tottenham, north London, pleaded not guilty to dangerous driving in Llandudno, Conwy, on 8 August last year.

Llandudno magistrates were told that his Volvo S70 - which is meant to carry five passengers - was stopped by police in Mostyn Avenue.

The case was adjourned to 5 March and Mr Gniwosch given unconditional bail.
