Tobacco seized in Customs raids
Customs officers have seized 200kg (441lbs) of smuggled tobacco and 80,000 cigarettes in raids across north Wales.
The biggest single haul of tobacco came from a property at Holyhead, Anglesey, where 155kg (342lbs) was found.
At one house in Deeside, officers seized 47,000 cigarettes, and the total duty evaded was £40,000.
Pete Turner, of HM Revenue and Customs, (HMRC) said: "These results show that HMRC is continuing to tackle criminality in north Wales."
Officers also seized a private vehicle in Pwllheli when tests showed it was running on red diesel - cheaper fuel which is not allowed for use in road vehicles.
Large quantities of cash were also recovered from raids in Wrexham and Deeside.
HMRC said investigations into all seizures were ongoing.
