Man's body recovered under cliffs

A body found below cliffs on the Ceredigion coast has been identified as a 58-year-old man from Swansea.

The alarm was raised after a member of the public found a rucksack on the cliff top a few miles south of New Quay over the weekend.

The body of Dennis John Lelliott from the Town Hill area was recovered by a lifeboat crew and coastguards.

Dyfed-Powys Police are investigating but say there are no suspicious circumstances.
