Missing student 'safe and well'

Alistair Todd (picture from Dyfed-Powys Police) A 19-year-old Aberystwyth University student who was missing for a week has been found in the Worcester area.

Alistair Todd had last been seen on Wednesday 17 October walking along the A44 towards Ponterwyd near Aberystwyth.

Police were concerned after he appeared to have no money, food or protective clothing, and had appealed for information about his whereabouts.

Officers said the student from Weston-super-Mare in North Somerset had been found safe and well.
