Two men are being questioned by police in connection with fires at two unoccupied holiday homes.

On Saturday, two properties on Anglesey were badly damaged by fire within 40 minutes of each other.

Fire crews were sent to the houses in Ty Croes and a few miles away at Pencarnisiog.

An investigation found that the fires were started deliberately. Police arrested two men from the local area and they remain in custody.
