Car passenger dies in collision

A man who died in a crash near Chepstow has been named as Edward Kangalee from Monmouth.

The 24-year old was the passenger in the collision on the B4293 Devauden to Chepstow at about 0025 BST on Saturday.

The driver of the car had to be treated at hospital following the incident. He was arrested and released on bail.

Officers investigating the one vehicle collision are appealing for any sightings of the black VW Golf which was involved.
