In pictures: Welsh diversity awards

An awards ceremony for individuals and organisations across Wales who have promoted diversity within minority communities was held on Friday.

The aim of the day was to reward people who have made positive achievements throughout the year in education, work and community projects.

During the day, children from Cardiff took part in a number of workshops sessions including African drumming and dance, hair braiding and Mehindi henna tattooing.
