Bosses at a leisure resort linked to a Legionnaires' disease death said measures had been put in place to make sure it never happens again.
Piperdam near Dundee has fully reopened after a 60-year-old man, who visited, died in hospital in Norfolk.
The swimming pool, spa and holiday lodges were voluntarily closed after Legionella bacteria were found on a shower head and hot tub in April.
Legionnaires' disease is caused by inhaling infected water droplets.
'Real jewel'
The first holidaymakers since the lodge's shutdown arrived on Friday evening.
Product development manager at Piperdam, Clare McNally, said: "Obviously it was a bank holiday weekend, we had fantastic weather in Scotland and it was great that we were able to work through this and get the resort back up fully functioning.
"It's obviously been difficult, but what we've aimed at is bolstering our management procedures and processes that we already had in place to make sure that this never happens again.
"A lot of people are supporting us, and that's both staff and members of the public."
