A man accused of a post office robbery in a Borders village has been banned from entering Scotland.
Patrick Loyden, 39, who lives in Cornhill, just a few miles into England, is charged with assault and robbery in Town Yetholm.
He appeared at Selkirk Sheriff Court to be fully committed for trial.
He was granted bail with the condition that he does not cross the border into Scotland except on court business.
Mr Loyden was charged on petition with the assault and robbery on 26 September.
He is also accused of another assault and a contravention of the Police Scotland Act on the same date.
He was granted bail on condition he does not enter Scotland and also that he does not alter his appearance.
