Bear hunt finds Winnie the Pooh

Storybook Glen

A Winnie the Pooh model stolen from a popular children's attraction on the outskirts of Aberdeen has been found.

The classic AA Milne figure - made of fibreglass and about 3ft tall - was taken from from Storybook Glen at Maryculter over the weekend.

Grampian Police said the model was recovered from an address in the Northfield area of Aberdeen.

A spokesman said enquiries into the theft were ongoing and appealed for information.
