Probe into school 'relationship'

A female member of staff at an Aberdeen school has been suspended over allegations of an inappropriate relationship with a teenage boy.

The inquiry has been launched at the city's Bankhead Academy.

Grampian Police confirmed officers were investigating the allegations, but could make no further comment.

Aberdeen City Council confirmed that a member of staff from the school had been suspended, but said it would be inappropriate to comment further.
