Woman in cliff car plunge named
A woman whose body was found in a car which was discovered at the foot of 100ft cliffs in Orkney has been named.
Patricia Esslemont, 54, was from Kirkwall. There was no-one else in the vehicle.
The car was spotted on its roof on the rocks below Yesnaby on the west coast of the island on Wednesday morning.
It is three weeks since another car went over the cliffs at the popular beauty spot. Darren Kirkness, 20, was thought to have been inside.
