Four detained over drugs recovery

Four people have been arrested after drugs worth thousands of pounds were seized in Aberdeen.

Heroin and crack cocaine with a street value of £9,000 was found at addresses in Granton Place and Cornhill Court.

Two women aged 28 and 29, and a 37-year-old man, all from Aberdeen, and a 19-year-old man from Wolverhampton, were detained on Thursday.

Grampian Police said they were expected to appear from custody at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Friday.
