Lollipop patrollers 'facing cut'
Plans to cut the number of crossing patrollers around Aberdeen's schools are to be discussed.
About 25 of the 91 manned crossing patrols could go if the plans - to be discussed on Tuesday - are approved.
Aberdeen City Council officials report that with more light-controlled crossings children would not be placed at risk.
There is also said to be a major problem in recruiting new patrollers to the job.
