Men acquitted in sex attack case

Two men have been acquitted of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old woman in the toilets of an Inverness restaurant.

David Notman, 21, from Inverness, had been on trial at the High Court in Edinburgh accused of raping the woman at Iguana Wana on 3 September 2007.

Michal Dryglak, 23, of Morden, London, had been also been charged with indecently assaulting the woman.

The charges against both men were dropped two days into the trial due to lack of evidence.

Both men had denied the charges.
