Appeal over city indecent assault

Police have appealed for witnesses after a woman was indecently assaulted in Glasgow city centre.

The 21-year-old was walking along Gibson Street at about 0205 GMT when the man carried out the assault after trying to talk to her.

The woman was uninjured but left "extremely shocked" by the ordeal.

The suspect is described as Asian, between 5ft 8in and 5ft 10in tall, about 20 to 25 years old with short black hair.

He was wearing a grey hooded top and jeans at the time of the attack.
