Bookmakers robbed by masked man

A masked man armed with a knife has stolen a three-figure sum of cash from a bookmakers in Glasgow.

The man entered the Ladbrokes shop in Shettleston Road at 1157 BST on Monday and threatened a member of staff with a knife.

He then made of with the cash in the direction of McNair Street. No-one was injured during the robbery, but the staff member was left badly shaken.

The man is described as being 6ft tall with a thin build.
