Former world boxing champion Scott Harrison is in custody after admitting a drink-driving charge.
Harrison was arrested on Friday after police stopped him in the Gorbals area of Glasgow.
The 31-year-old appeared at the city's sheriff court after being held over the weekend.
His lawyer Phil McWilliams entered a guilty plea on his behalf. He was remanded to remain in custody and is expected to be sentenced on Tuesday.
Mr McWilliams had asked for the former world champion fighter to be released pending sentencing.
However, this was rejected by Sheriff Lindsay Wood.
Harrison is expected to be sentenced for the drink-driving charge and an attack on his girlfriend, which he admitted at an earlier court appearance.
The former WBO featherweight champion had his boxing licence revoked in 2006 after being found guilty of bringing the sport into disrepute.
