Police at Wyndford Road

A 38-year-old man and 36-year-old woman have been arrested over the death of a woman in the Maryhill area of Glasgow.

The body of 42-year-old Jeanette Cooper was discovered in her flat in Wyndford Road three weeks ago.

Police said relatives were aware and a full report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

Ms Cooper's body was found in the flat in the tower block on Friday 25 April. Following a post-mortem examination her death was being treated as murder.
