'Missing' sex offender in court
A registered sex offender who was traced in Canada after going missing in 2005 has appeared in court.
Ex-policeman Martin Cusick, 52, from Busby, Glasgow, was arrested at Heathrow Airport.
He allegedly failed to tell police he intended to leave the UK for a period longer than three days, on October 18, to travel to Europe.
He made no plea or declaration when he appeared in private at Paisley Sheriff Court. The case was continued.
