Arrest after YouTube court clip

Police investigating mobile phone footage which apparently showed the inside of a Scottish courtroom during a case have made an arrest.

The clip, called "the troops in the high court" appeared on the video sharing website YouTube.

It was said to show three youths at the High Court in Glasgow, where they later admitted beating a man to death.

Police said a 24-year-old man had been arrested. He was expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
