Police appeal over missing Pole

Angelika Kluk, 23, was last seen at St Patrick's church in Anderston, Glasgow, by Mr Pat McLaughlin.

Mr McLaughlin, is described as being in his late 50s, approximately 5ft 8in tall, of slim build, with dark greying hair with a small wave.

Police released a picture of Mr McLaughlin, who saw her at some time on Sunday afternoon.

Extensive enquiries

Officers interviewed him previously after she was reported missing and they want to talk to him again in case he may have a piece of information that could help trace her.

Detectives said they had limited information about Mr McLaughlin and urged anyone who recognised him or had seen him since Tuesday to contact the police.

Ch Insp Elaine Ferguson, who is in charge of the enquiry, said: "I appreciate that Mr McLaughlin may be reluctant to come forward due to the media attention, however I would urge him to get in touch as he may, without realising it, know something that could help us find her."

Extensive enquiries are ongoing to trace Angelika who was reported missing on Monday evening by her boyfriend.

Anyone who has seen her or has any information which may assist police in tracing her was asked to contact the police immediately.
