Bridge reopens after fatal crash

The Forth Road Bridge has reopened after being closed for almost five hours following a serious collision.

A 48-year-old male motorcyclist died in the three-vehicle crash, which happened at about 0800 BST on Monday.

Fife Constabulary confirmed the crash involved a white van, blue car and a silver Honda motorbike.

Traffic came to a standstill on the north approach. The southbound carriageway of the M90 was closed south of the Ferrytoll Junction.
