Fife Constabulary has revealed the results of a crackdown on rural driving across the north-east of the area.
Officers on the A91 road between St Andrews and Gateside caught seven drivers exceeding the speed limit.
A motorcyclist was followed after being spotted at speeds up of to 110mph, at one point with no hands. He is being reported for dangerous driving.
Officers, who warned they would be deploying extra patrols on country roads, said they recorded 74 offences.
Cars were clocked at speeds of up to 88mph on the 60mph stretch of single-carriageway.
" Clearly there is a section of the public who choose to risk not only their own safety but the safety of others"
A 30-year-old driver was stopped on the dualled A92 travelling at 96.9mph.
Two motorcyclists were stopped riding on the same road doing more than 100mph.
Police also said that a 19-year-old woman, with only ten months of driving experience, was caught driving at 101mph.
On the A985 at Pattiesmuir, six drivers were stopped for excessive speed with one travelling at 79mph in a 50mph zone.
Insp David Houston said: "Fife suffers, as many Forces do, with inappropriate driving on these roads. It is disappointing that such offences were detected and clearly there is a section of the public who choose to risk not only their own safety but the safety of others.
"The motoring public can rest assured we will continue to use all methods at our disposal to detect and deter these people. What is heartening is the vast majority of the public take road safety very seriously and should be commended for that".
