A woman caught drink-driving before Christmas was charged by police at the same time last year for a similar offence in East Lothian.
The 45-year-old was caught in Tranent, on Saturday 22 December, three times over the legal limit.
She was charged last year for allegedly failing to provide a breath test. The case has still to appear at court.
She was one of 38 motorists caught for drink-driving in Lothian and Borders in the third week of a festive campaign.

It brings the total number of drink-drivers detected in the area over the course of the month-long campaign to 102.
At the same stage of last year's campaign, the figure stood at 111.
The majority were men aged between 26 to 55 years, with most offenders caught between 2100 GMT and 0400 GMT.
Insp Jill Kerr, of Lothian and Borders Police, who has been co-ordinating the festive drink drive campaign, said: "We have been carrying out frequent road checks throughout the force area, and we have also been operating frequent road patrols in a bid to catch out offenders.
"Although the number of drivers caught during this year's campaign is slightly down on last year's figures, we are nevertheless disappointed to find so many people who are still foolish enough to drink and drive.
"As the case involving the woman caught in Tranent demonstrates, there are people out there who are still not getting the message drinking and driving is completely unacceptable.
"Not only do these people face a minimum of a year's disqualification, but they also risk losing their jobs, and putting their family life under unnecessary strain."
