Take part in BBC running 'first'

The finish line on the Meadows BBC Scotland will be using the Great Edinburgh Run on Sunday May 4 to produce an online "first", giving an insight into the effort and emotions involved in running a 10k.

A group of runners will be invited to wear lightweight audio recording equipment to capture their words in a running commentary as they tackle the course.

The recordings will be edited together, along with pictures taken along the route, and put on the BBC's website.

We're looking for people of various ability - but bear in mind that you'll be required to talk and run at the same time!

Please submit your details using the form below. We'll be in touch ahead of the event to make further arrangements.
