More than 5,000 biker 'bunnies' have brought some Easter cheer to a children's hospital in Glasgow.
The Motorcycle Action Group gave hundreds of chocolate eggs to patients at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in its annual Easter Egg Run.
Many of the bikers were in fancy dress and the group's Stuart Regan said they were delighted to help the children have a happy Easter.
A hospital spokeswoman dubbed the event "a huge success".
Organisers hoped the fun day would raise thousands of pounds for the hospital and the final figure is expected to be announced on Tuesday.
Five-year-old Elizabeth McCallum said she was glad not to miss out on Easter while being treated for ear problems at the hospital.
Her father Michael said: "She had tremendous fun. She was sad to be missing the Easter bunny at home but this has made up for it.
"It's fantastic we can do something we love and at the same time raise some money for a good cause and make sure kids have a good Easter"
"It was a fantastic experience for her - I think it's a brilliant idea."
Motorcycle fan Grant Weatherall, aged seven, is being treated in hospital for a broken ankle.
His 22-month-old sister Millie is also at the Glasgow hospital being treated for gastroenteritis.
Their mother Angela said: "The bikers gave Grant an egg and Millie a big teddy - it was fantastic."
Mr Regan said he and his fellow bikers "absolutely loved" the day.
'Huge success'
"It's fantastic we can do something we love and at the same time raise some money for a good cause and make sure kids have a good Easter," he said.
"Last year we raised £16,500, when more than 4,000 bikers took over that part of the city for a couple of hours, and we're hoping for even more this year."
A hospital spokeswoman said: "Absolutely everybody was involved in today's event - from nurses to cleaners and administration staff - and they helped make it a huge success."
All the extra eggs donated by the bikers would be donated to local charities, she added.
