The low-cost airline Ryanair is to drop one of its routes from City of Derry Airport, it has been announced.
The service to Bristol - which carried more than 3,000 passengers last month - will end on 1 October.
The airline will also replace the Derry-East Midlands flight with a service to Birmingham.
A spokesperson from the Airport Authority said that all efforts would be made to secure a replacement carrier.
In a statement, Ryanair said it had announced schedule changes at City of Derry airport as part of its winter schedule review.
"Ryanair will suspend services from Derry to Bristol from 1st October and from Derry to East Midlands from 26 October.
"Ryanair will review these routes when it prepares its summer schedule which begins in March."
