Road closed sign

Two motorcyclists have died on the roads over the weekend.

Robert Canning, 39, was killed after his motorbike collided with a caravan on the Priestlands Road near Bushmills on Sunday afternoon.

On Saturday evening, a 19-year-old man died when his motorbike crashed on the Killyclogher Road in Omagh.

Meanwhile, one person was seriously injured in an accident on the Portaferry Road in Newtownards on Sunday night.

The two deaths bring to seven the number of people who have been killed on NI's roads in a week.
