The Enterprise rail service between Belfast and Dublin is to return to normal on Monday 16 November.
The service has been disrupted since a viaduct at Malahide collapsed in August and passengers have had to be bussed between Drogheda and Dublin.
There has been a 60% drop in passenger numbers since the collapse of the viaduct.
Translink is offering a series of reduced fares to coincide with the return.
The company's Ciaran Rogan said it was "great to have our Enterprise services back in full operation".
The reduced fares - which will run from 21 November to 3 January include a £4.99 single and £7.50 day return available on the company's website.
There will also be 'at the station' half price fares - a £15 day return from Monday to Saturday, and £20 day return on Sundays.
In August, a 20-metre section of the track in north Dublin began to give way while a train was passing over it.
Translink introduced an interim timetable for the Enterprise, reducing the number of daily journeys between the cities from eight to six.
Weekend services were also cut.
