Police are investigating after a man was abducted from his home in north Belfast and forced into a car by three men wearing hoods.

The 21-year-old was taken from his house at Madison Avenue shortly after 2300 GMT on Friday by the men who drove away in the Cavehill Road direction.

He has since turned up safely with no appearance of physical injuries.
