Family Focus: Parenting classes

In this week's Family Focus, we take a closer look at parenting classes.

Sarah Travers finds out how they work as she catches up with a group of mothers in east Belfast.

Mother-of-three, Diane McCready, tells Family Focus how the classes have helped her and how she particularly enjoyed sharing scenarios with other parents.

Ruth Walker, who also has three children, said it was great to meet other mums in a similar situation.

Mother-of-two Lynsey Thompson said she felt the course was "just made" for her.
