Police investigate sexual assault

Police are investigating claims of a sex attack on a 14-year-old girl at a car park in Belfast city centre.

The alleged serious sexual assault happened at a car park situated between Tomb Street and Corporation Street on Tuesday afternoon.

Police have appealed for information from anyone who was in the area between 1645 GMT and 1715 GMT.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police via the Rape Crime Unit or Crimestoppers.
