Murder detectives given more time

Detectives investigating the murder of County Armagh dairy farmer Victor Stewart have been granted more time to question a man.

The man was arrested in the Armagh area on Tuesday.

Mr Stewart, 45, was found at his house on the Creevekeeran Road in Middletown on Wednesday 22 October.

The police have said he suffered a violent death and believe he was killed shortly after 2100 BST on Monday 20 October.
